His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, inaugurated the Dubai Intelligent Traffic Systems Centre constructed by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).
