From the Chairman
On behalf of the IRF’s global volunteer leadership and members, it gives me great pleasure to invite you to the 5th IRF Caribbean Regional Congress. With this Congress, our goal is to help policy-makers, planners and infrastructure operators from across Asia build a resilient and sustainable road and transport infrastructure that can drive economic growth and prosperity in the region.
As with past IRF congresses, the IRF will bring together the world’s top practitioners, thought leaders and academics with the sole purpose of discussing regional road infrastructure solutions that are safe, sustainable and lead to economic growth.
We have again chosen Jamaica as the host of the 5th edition of this Congress due to its advanced road network, progressive road policies and its position as one the primary growth engines of the Caribbean region.
On this note, I invite all stakeholders from across the region to attend this premier road and transport sector event.
Eng. Abdullah A. Al-Mogbel
IRF Chairman
