About the Webinar
Value for Money in PPPs
One of the first steps to determine whether a project is suitable to be procured as a Public-Private Partnership through alternative financing and procurement is to compare the selected PPP approach with the traditional design, bid, build approach typically undertaken by public agencies – this exercise is often called Value for Money (VFM) analysis.
This webinar will discuss when is Value for Money analysis conducted; the components of Value for Money analysis such as costing, risks, discount rate, financial modelling; and international practices in Value for Money analysis.
The webinar will be suitable for:
- Public agencies anticipating to undertake or those already experienced with PPPs
- Private sector practitioners with technical or financial background
- Sponsors, contractors, operators and investors in the PPP sector
The webinar will also provide opportunities to ask questions from PPP practitioners.
