10 countries took part in the inaugural edition of IRF’s Road Network Safety Management course held on September 4-8 in Dubai, UAE. The new course offered the theoretical background and applied practices to effectively identify and reduce exposure to traffic injury risks.

The World Bank’s updated Environmental and Social Framework provides new traffic safety safeguards applicable to all loans and grants with road construction components. It represents a major achievement for all safety advocates and echoes calls formulated by IRF.
