The Congress will also offer delegates an opportunity to share research and acquire essential skills in designing and operating safer and more resilient road networks through more than 60 sessions and training workshops aimed at highlighting effective policies and field-tested solutions.

IRF Chairman Abdullah A. Al-Mogbel said, “This IRF Congress is happening at a time of concerted efforts by leaders throughout the GCC and wider MENA region to provide coordinated road networks and services that are capable of supporting the region’s economic integration agenda. It is an essential meeting place to present innovations and a must-attend opportunity for transportation professionals.”

His Excellency Mattar Al Tayer, chairman of host organization Dubai Roads & Transport Authority welcomed the Congress and said, “Dubai is at a crossroads as we seek to select appropriate technical choices and funding models behind these programs.
